QUESTIONS

  • Can you pull addresses for me?
    YES! We have a fantastic partner that can create an account for you to pull addresses from. We will provide them the service area and any criteria you’d like to include or eliminate when pulling the addresses. You can give a mile radius around a property, a number of addresses around a property, a specific neighborhood, or simply draw a border on a screenshot and our partner will pull the addresses from your account for you! This saves you a LOT of time in gathering the right addresses to promote a Just Sold/Just Listed or to gather addresses to create your farm for Farm Marketing.
  • Is there a minimum quantity for print marketing?
    Only when you’re mailing! USPS requires there to be 200 addresses to meet the discount Bulk Price Postage we use to get you such a great deal on postcards and newsletter mailing. To meet the AADC postage, there need to be 200 addresses within the same zip code (first 3 digits - 750, 752, 760, etc.). We can always do a mixed AADC if there is at least 200 within the same 3 Digit Zip Code. Usually if you’re farming a neighborhood or your farm, you won’t have to worry about meeting the AADC requirement for zip codes. Feel free to email marketing@leverageplus.net to clarify any questions you might have about your zip codes meeting the AADC or Mixed AADC requirements.
  • How do I get you my design?
    Once you place your order, a team member will reach out to you in regards to completing your order and will let you know what they need from you. If you’d like to go ahead and email your design to marketing@leverageplus.net once you’ve placed your order with the order number in the subject line, that also works!
  • How do I pay?
    For Transaction Coordination services, the charge will be applied to your CDA at closing. ​ For all other services, we will charge your orders to your office bill at the end of each month. *We are hoping to launch a new, easier system this month!
  • Do I need to order through the website?
    Yes, please! This allows the team to start providing service(s) to support your business by getting us most (if not all) the information we need to get started. (launching soon) We will accept payments online to ease the billing process. Orders placed online will provide you updated communication and order status along with future VIP access to releases, sales, coupons, and more!
  • If I order SmartPlans, is the fee monthly or a one-time setup fee?"
    Our SmartPlan package is a one-time fee. If you'd like them to repeat every month (when they don't normally repeat and/or if information needs to be updated) that would be a separate monthly order.
  • I don’t know where I need help in my business and how to incorporate LeveragePlus in my business. Can you help me figure that out?
    We would LOVE to! We have our FREE personal consultations - typically 30 minutes - where we sit down and see where your business needs help and what areas you can leverage out to us. Then from them, we can create a custom plan or package to help you meet your business goals by leveraging your 80% to us so you can focus on your 20%! To get that started, place an order for our Personal Consultation, and a team member will reach out to you to set up an appointment.
