Mailing and Postage Information
This package provides First Class Mailing through USPS. This means your postcards have higher priority once our team delivers them to the post office and will ship in 2 - 3 business days.
Providing a Mailing List:
The Post Office requires every order to have a minimum of 200 addresses grouped by the first 3 digits of the zip codes. Simply provide us with a .CSV file of the mailing addresses (owner name, street address, city, state, and 5-digit zip code). We recommend you add yourself or the office to your address list to confirm delivery for tracking purposes.Getting Geo-Farming Mailing Addresses:
You can pull this list from Remine, MLS, your preferred Title Company, or a personal database. *We do not pull addresses, but have resources to connect you with if you need help!* We will use this same list for the entire year.When Providing Designs:

Provide us with a PNG file of the front and back of your designDesign Layout:
When providing your own design, design dimensions must be 8.75 x 5.75 with .125" of 'buffer' to account for cutting (see image 2 for diagram)
We will add our business postage stamp to the back of each postcard. Please leave the top right corner free of any designs for the stamps to be placed on the back.Too much to think about? We know.
