Property Visit Day
LC Pulls listings docs and client info from the Transaction Desk in ZipForms/DocuSign/DotLoop
Send your client an intro email with SellerShield & T47 instructions, next steps email, and tips when prepping for photos.
Coordinate photography sessions with agent, photographer, and client.
Confirm property visit and photography appointment the day prior
Final prep for photos (LC will arrive 30 minutes early)
Meet the photographer at the property and stay until they are done
Installation of Sign and Lockbox (items must be on property at time of arrival)
Precise measurements of all rooms for MLS input
Completion of MLS Data Input Sheet, detailing all property features.
 
MLS input
Input the listing into the agent's MLS based on gathered property data and provided Sellers Disclosure
 
Create the property descriptions
Receive photos from the photographer, forward them to agent, and upload photos to your listing.
Upload documents in the supplements folder (TransDesk) within MLS.
Set up your scheduled Open Houses
We will activate your listing (Agent MUST review and approve the MLS information)
Input all showing instructions through the agent's preferred showing platform
Upload and submit listing documents to Command, provided all docs are in place
Note: Agent retains authority to fine-tune accuracy and make updates post 'live' date.
 
Listing Marketing
A dynamic "Just Listed" announcement on the LeveragePlus public Facebook page.
Luxurious bi-fold brochures, including 20 high-quality prints for physical presence.
Impactful "Just Listed" property email blast (eBlast), reaching an extensive network of 15,000 REALTORS®.
 
Once you place the order, our Listing Coordinator (LC) will reach out to gather specific property information. 
 
Note: The LC will typically visit properties on Mon-Wed and enter listings and prep marketing on Thurs - Fri
